30-Day Return Period
You may return any non-customized, non-sale item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is sealed and unused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened Items
Opened items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, even if fully functional.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special-order products
• Carry cases, cables, ear tips, and hygiene-related accessories

Warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting normal operation only.

Warranty Period

• Main products: 1 year
• Cables and adapters: 3 months
• Accessories: No warranty

To claim warranty, provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the fault

After 7 days from delivery, customers cover shipping to Sound Guys for inspection.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we cover repair/replacement and return shipping.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, water damage, unauthorized repair, normal wear, or cosmetic changes.

Pre-Owned items are sold with clearly described condition in the product listing.
